Return and Refund Policy

Horton gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online or in stores for delivery to a U.S. address. We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is complete.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.

Returns that don't meet our policy will not be accepted.

For a smooth return process with minimal shipping costs, please follow our manager's instructions.

 

You can return products within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email info@horton.com.ua and provide:

  • Reason for return
  • Product photos (if damaged or defective)

Please note that certain product categories are non-refundable, regardless of their online product name:

Products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

 

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

This means you should pay for the delivery when sending the goods back to us. If the delivery cost isn't paid, we'll deduct it from the refund amount.

For international returns, in addition to the shipping cost, we'll add all customs duties and charges, including import VAT and brokerage services, which we pay in the seller's country.

These costs are deducted from the refund amount for the purchased goods.

Please note, if you refuse to receive the ordered goods, including due to failure to pay duties in your country, we'll deduct shipping and all other incidental two-way costs from the refund, as stated above.

 

WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RETURNED GOODS?

You'll receive a refund within 3-14 days of the goods arriving at our warehouse. The exact timeframe depends on your bank and payment method.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order at any time by emailing info@horton.com.ua.

If we haven't shipped your order at the time of your request, we'll refund the full amount.

If the order has already been shipped, all refund rules specified in the RETURN section apply.
